mix nerves_gate.package (nerves_gate_sdk v0.1.0)

Compiles in production mode and writes <app>-<version>.ez in the current directory, or to --output path. Set :nerves_gate_sdk_requirement in the application's OTP :env.

Private runtime dependencies are included as ordinary OTP application directories. OTP, Elixir, the SDK and common platform libraries are not bundled. The installer checks dependencies and module conflicts against the running platform. Native libraries must already be built for the device architecture; this task does not cross-compile them.
